This study looked at the benefits of a group exercise program for people with spinal cord injuries (SCI). The program aimed to improve exercise habits, overall health, mood, and reduce pain and TV watching. Participants attended a free exercise class twice a week for three months. The study found improvements in exercise frequency, intensity, and overall health. The program also showed potential benefits in reducing pain, depression, and television watching time, suggesting a positive impact on various aspects of health and well-being after SCI.
