Spinal cord injury (SCI) can lead to lifelong disability, and the resulting long-term complications can significantly reduce community participation and quality of life. Awareness and management of chronic SCI complications are essential for recovery and rehabilitation. This review provides an overview of chronic complications following spinal cord injury.
