This study uses advanced brain imaging techniques (DTT and fMRI) to examine a patient who experienced a stroke due to bleeding in the brain. The imaging helped visualize how the bleeding compressed a key pathway in the brain responsible for movement, called the corticospinal tract. The patient's recovery was also monitored, showing how motor function improved after the initial stroke event.
