This study aimed to see how well the 'Professional Standards of Practice' for mental health professionals working with spinal cord injury (SCI) patients are known and used. The researchers surveyed psychologists, social workers, and counselors involved in SCI rehabilitation to understand their awareness and application of these standards. The findings showed that most respondents were aware of the standards, primarily through colleagues and email announcements, and found them useful for improving clinical work and training.
