This study explores factors that help people with spinal cord injuries experience positive growth after their trauma. It identifies several key facilitators based on interviews with successful Iranian patients. The research highlights the importance of support from family, friends, and organizations, as well as the benefits of connecting with spinal cord injury associations. Spiritual beliefs, a positive attitude, access to proper facilities, increased knowledge, and active participation in society are also identified as crucial for post-traumatic growth.
